Paid local orders (Without Pre-Order)

You may request to cancel anytime before the seller arranges the shipment, but instant cancellation is not possible once the shipment has been arranged.

Paid orders (Pre-Order)

A cancellation request can be raised but the seller’s approval is required, and if they don't respond within 1 day, the order will be automatically cancelled and refunded.

Paid overseas orders (Without Pre-Order)

Your order can be instantly cancelled within one (1) hour from the order is placed. After 1 hour, the seller's approval will be required. Do note that cancellation is not possible once the shipment is arranged.
